Human Design Foundation Session

Human design is a system for understanding your energetic blueprint. It can bring you greater awareness around who you truly are vs. who others says you should be. A foundation session gives you a general introduction to human design and helps you understand your energy type and inner authority. Emphasis is on the practical application of understanding your human design.

About Me

When I turned 50 I thought, like Galadriel from The Lord of the Rings, I would "diminish and go into the west". I felt that my lived experience, skills, and perspective weren't valued any more. To make things worse, I didn't know how to be an older gay man. I didn't have any role models as the AIDS epidemic had taken so many potential mentors. While LGBTQ+ people have made huge strides at acceptance in mainstream society, the cost has been the shuttering of many of our community spaces. I felt adrift.

Fortunately, I had just become a coach as part of a plan to transition away from my career in technology towards something more meaningful. This gave me the tools I needed to dig in and learn how to create the life I wanted as an older gay man. I decided that I could become the mentor I never had. A big part of that process was overcoming my fear of being seen as who I truly am.

Now I help other gay men over 50 to find the courage be to seen, to reveal their true self, and write the next chapter of the life they want to be living.
