Hi! I'm Julian...

I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), human design coach and spiritual guide.

As a gay men in his 50s and a spiritual entrepreneur, I know first hand how easy it is to feel invisible. I also know all the small and subtle ways of hiding and trying to blend in rather than allowing your full self to be seen.

I help gay men over 50 who often feel invisible find the space and courage to age fabulously.

About My Process

There's a bias towards doing more in our society. Taking action without aligning your mindset, emotions, and energy can be a recipe for disaster. My coaching process is a holistic one. We'll look at your challenges and achievements through the lens of your whole being. My focus is on uncovering your most authentic self on all levels. From this space, you will be confident in taking aligned actions to achieve your desires.

Mental and Emotional

I know that your mindset is the most critical part of achieving your desires. The stories that you tell yourself influence how successful your actions will be. How you feel about taking a particular action will determine how motivated you are to see it through. Negative stories, fear, and other blocks hold you back from showing up fully and keep you invisible.

Spiritual

Belief in something larger than yourself can be a powerful part of finding meaning in life. Tuning into your spiritual self can often reveal untapped wisdom and strength.

Practical

I bring in the mental and spiritual, but I also recognize the need for practical action. Together, we will create strategies for you to move toward your goals in life.

Together, we'll explore:

  • Where you are right now.
  • Where you want to go, what you want to achieve, and what success looks like for you.
  • What challenges you see in the way of achieving your desired life.
  • What you actually want to do and achieve versus what you or others think you should do.
  • What is good in your life and how you can create more of it.
  • Who you want to be and how you want others to see you.
  • All the places and ways that you're being someone other than yourself and how to come back to you.

Drawing on Human Design, Positive Psychology, and Meditation

Often, the biggest challenge my clients face is getting clear on who they are on a deep level. Human design is a modality that I've found can help you tune into your authentic core being. It can also be a powerful tool for getting out of your head and aligning with your energetic being. Positive Psychology focuses on what is right in your life now. It looks at all the ways that focusing on the good can help you create more of it. Using positive psychology to recognize your unique strengths and gifts help you see how much you have to offer the world. Meditation helps you become more aware and present. While I use a lot of tools and modalities, I've found these to be among the most effective in creating lasting change rooted in a deeper understanding of and appreciation for who you are.
